My husband and I found this beautiful valley in 2011 when we were looking for a place to escape the long and cold Northern Alberta winters. We instantly fell in love with the warm and welcoming community and all the bounty this valley has to offer, from fruit trees and vegetables to a myriad of flowers, artists, outdoor recreation and much more. We have 2 grown daughters who also moved to BC and I hope one day they will join us in Creston. I worked for 21 years as an ecologist for a forest company in Northern Alberta and it taught me skills in negotiations, being prepared and knowledgeable, attention to details and thoroughness.
